Staff are always friendly, polite and willing to assist in any way they can. They care about the person and one's hair. They are keen to ensure customers are happy with the service and this shows in the way one is treated. Should an issue arise, the team is eager to resolve it to mutual satisfaction. Errol Douglas provides exceptional service and I am ALWAYS satisfied when I leave.
