Only to criticise the two times I had a cup of "expensive" coffee Both times I found that the taste was insipid and weak. Was I just unlucky ??????

My first visit and I was very impressed with the quality of advice for both colouring and styling. Teamwork was very good and the whole couple of hours were a good and enjoyable experience

All the staff I interacted with were friendly and polite however I was left to my own devices after being sat down for a good 15 minutes before someone attended to me. The downstairs area was a little bit meh due to the lack of windows and natural light. Had a hair cut and conditioning treatment; Wayne cut my hair and was great at asking what I wanted done so overall I'm happy with the results. I would return if I could guarantee I wouldn't be in the basement again!
