All the staff were most accommodating and so nice - from the ones answering the phone when making the appointment to the guy and girl taking out my old extensions and washing my hair. They treated my hair and scalp with such gentleness compared to my previous hairdresser; it almost made me cry. My hairdresser was natural in her ways and professional. She suggested things to be done to my hair to make it look nicer and delivered above my expectations. I am grateful to my friend who persuaded me to 'just go for a consultation and see what I think...'. I thought it was a bit expensive but in fact I know that it was not and that I should instead say that I would gladly have paid twice as much for what I got.

I love coming to get my hair done at Errol Douglas. It is a relaxing and chilled out experience and I'm safe in the hands of Jasmin who I trust implicitly with my hair. I've tried so many other hairdressers in central London where my thoughts have been dismissed or my hairdresser isn't engaged at all and I feel like I'm on a production line. Not here! Everyone I talk to is polite and professional and it's fun. The food is good too and my hair more importantly is fabulous!
