Friendly staff and great location. Wonderful head massage from Amy during my hair wash, and brilliant advice and styling from Anna. Also had time for pedicure with Janice - pampered from top to toe. Would definitely recommend.

I look forward to my appointments at Errol Douglas, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been getting my hair treated and styled by Wayne for over 5 years and he remains professional, experienced, super talented, and committed to always providing an exceptional service. He completely understands my hair needs and is the best at what he does. Wayne also has a friendly character and is an overall great guy! Jade colours my hair and never fails to bring the biggest smile to my face when I get my hair coloured. Jade is experienced and very talented, and has a lovely, bubbly character. Jade also provides an exceptional service and has been colouring my hair for over 5 years. I had my first manicure at Errol Douglas last week and it was the best I’d ever had. It also felt like 2 for 1 to be able to do my hair and nails at the same time. I must add that the reception staff are friendly and accommodating, and the chef on site prepares the most delicious dishes.
