I hadn’t been to ED salon for a few years (we moved abroad) so I was chancing my luck when I emailed, asking for an appointment with the wonderful colourist, Sarah. I had a quick reply saying Sarah had retired but recommended Jose. I had one day only in London but Charlotte booked me into the time I wanted and Jose gave me the best highlights I think I’ve ever had. Jose created all this magical transformation with charm and humour and efficiency. It was all brilliant. And I’m very impressed with the way the salon has been laid out to protect everyone in every way they can against Covid infection: masked, well spaced, divided and clean. Thank you everyone for all your brilliant help.

I absolutely love coming to see both Jasmin and Anna. Anna’s energy is always so bright and the way that she styles and cuts my hair is amazing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been coming to see Jasmin for years and right from the beginning she put me at ease. I first went hesitantly to blonde highlights and although nervous it became a colour I fell in love with, she works with my hair, my curls and is always honest. I trust her opinion implicitly, which is why when she suggested me going back to chocolate brown colours I let her do her magic.
