Welcoming, friendly, attentive team, as always. Jasmin achieved great results with my colour and Yolanda was so attentive to my specific hair type needs and ensured I left with exactly what I wanted. I feel like a new woman!! Thank you and I look forward to being back with you all soon

As far as I'm concerned Errol Douglas is the best hair salon in the UK. I have been a regular at the salon for a number of years and from the day I first went into the salon I have been treated exactly the same , exquisite and professional service and advice in a friendly environment. I transitioned my straightened hair to my natural afro curls and they were their in every step of the way to offer advice. Especially, Jasmin Allen the Senior Colour Master, who rescued my attempt at dyeing my hair with henna in the second lockdown, which resulted in rather 'show stopping' (not in a good way!) orange colour. With Jasmin's skilful knowledge and a magic colourist my hair has recovered from my experiment. in my time at the saloon Eve Owusu and Wagne Shorter-Campbell are experts in the own right in all afro hair. Last and not least the lovely receptionists, the junior staff, trainees and the wonderful Hocine's Kitchen who all contribute to the wonderful experience and ambience at the salon. Dillon washed my hair,absolutely lovely. Yolanda styled it to perfection.she is a lovely professional person who always gives me the absolutely best advice on my hair.My hair felt and looked beautiful.
