I have rated the overall environment as a 5 because although the upstairs is well appointed and presented beautifully the downstairs, where I have only ever had my hair done, is a little bit shabby in comparison. This would in no way stop me from having my hair done at the salon as your stylists are excellent, but felt that the difference in quality of the environment should be brought to your attention.

ED is a great Salon, and while I feel this last visit is an improvement on my previous one, I didn't feel that the stylist or the shampoo girl had depth of experience on Afro hair. I felt George was great, he had a great client manner and managed my hair well. It would be great to understand which stylist may be best for set curls on Afro hair and if this is something that you do, more generally? Thanks Davenia
