I was totally reassured about protection concerning Covid 19. My questions and queries were addressed completely. Everyone in the salon takes the care and well being of their clients seriously. Excellent service. I left really happy. Only area for improvement would be flexibility in being able to perform more services on the customer than initially booked, but was explained that tight scheduling is due to covid. I will definitely be back. Eve treated me really well, and was happy with the result.

I’ve been visiting the Errol Douglas salon for approx 8 years, I have my hair cut by ED every 3 weeks. Since Covid 19 the extra measures that have been put in place are to the highest standard, I feel very safe and cared for. The salon is extremely well run and immaculate and ED has trained all the staff to the highest level of service. Highly Recommend

Errol's professionalism and expertise are second to none and all his staff are trained to his own very high and exacting standards. An experience I always look forward to and am never left disappointed!

Been going to the salon for 22 years since it opened. All the stylists, colourists & manicurist have been amazing especially now , Anna, Jade & Janice. Do have a wonderful manicure while having your hair done. All covid safety conditions so well adhered to feel so safe in the salon.
