Thank you to two really kind understanding and helpful members of staff. You fitted me onto your busy morning schedule for a cut and blow dry after I’d been let down by another salon in the area. Apparentlybmy hair looks really great from the back!! Maybe it wasn’t the entire pampering service you usually give but I’ve no complaints. Thank you

I am very satisfied with my haircut . Anna was simply magnificent , and a great professional !! And she looked after me at 360 degrees ! The blow dry process was also very accurate and she looked at every detail ! Many compliments !!!! Best Kikka

After 25 years going to the same hairdresser (who I was very happy with) I tried Adem when he was at his previous salon as it is very local to me. It was immediately apparent that he is an excellent hair stylist and having now followed him to Errol Douglas I can say I am very pleased to have found someone who is so good. I also thought that the young lady who washed my hair did an excellent job - very good communication skills as well as a thorough job done. Thank you all.

Great service as usual, Stylist as always, was friendly and knowledgeable, It's always good to have an early appointment when the salon is quite and not too busy.
