Overall I had a great experience at the salon. I had my hair cut by Joel and I appreciated the fact that he listened when discussing how much hair to cut. He was friendly and professional. My only feedback, is that for a very upmarket salon I do think its quite cheeky that you charge people for standard tea and coffee. For the other food services available I completely understand this but for basic amenities like tea and coffee I do think this is quite cheeky. Plus these things in supermarkets at most are £2.50 for a box, so to charge £4.50 for a tea is extortion. I have been to basic salons and these things are offered complimentary and it does add a nice touch to the customer service experience (irrespective whether you would like to take the offer up or not).
