I was warmly welcomed and offered a drink, the staff were lovely and chatty and made me feel at ease. Being deaf and having to remove my hearing aids for the duration of my hair wash / cut is a daunting experience when meeting people for the first time, but Richard and Makita (I'm sure that was her name) were just great. Thank you x
