I was warmly welcomed and offered a drink, the staff were lovely and chatty and made me feel at ease. Being deaf and having to remove my hearing aids for the duration of my hair wash / cut is a daunting experience when meeting people for the first time, but Richard and Makita (I'm sure that was her name) were just great. Thank you x

When I visit Escape I always feel welcome, all the staff are friendly and make you feel at ease, you are always offered refreshments, free of charge. I am always over the moon with my hair, I never worry that its not going to be nice.YOU always get a professional service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
