Fantastic service as usual. Recieved a lovely welcome and was offered a drink, was served a lovely cup of coffee by a friendly, pleasant young man. My hairdresser assessed my hair and we decided what would be best together as my hair has been overbleached elsewhere and the condition was not great so I decided to get 2 inches cut off to help my hair regain it's condition. I also had highlights and a root cover up done. I recieved a lovely relaxing hair wash and nothing was too much. A lot of care and attention went into how it was washed and I felt refreshed and invigorated. I then had it cut and blow dried then straightened and shaped. I was delighted with the results of the highlights and although not used to it being less than shoulder length, it looks and feels great, it's shiny and silky and has far more body. Very happy with the overall result and couldn't recommend this salon enough. Chilled happy atmosphere,attentive friendly staff who you can feel at ease with. It's a treat going to this Salon

First visit here and will definitely be back. Kelsey listened to me and advised on colour and cut. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. An excellent salon and great atmosphere.

Both Brian and myself want to thank Amanda, first of all for fitting Brian in at such notice and for yet again a fantastic service. Brian says he feels "lighter" and "sharper" - See what can be achieved with just a haircut lol. In all seriousness thank you so much to all the staff for making Escape the outstanding salon it is. Myself and daughters all use the salon. The staff are always welcoming,very friendly and helpful. They are very experienced and give good advice about colours, styles etc.
