I cannot possibly praise this Salon highly enough. To say they go out of their way to make sure the client is satisfied is an understatement. I have never ever been to a salon before that cares for their clients as much as Richard and his staff at Escape does. I am absolutely totally grateful to Richard and all the staff for the level of both service, care and attention I receive. It's always a pleasure to go there and I am more than delighted with my hair. Thank you again Richard I really appreciate the commitment and dedication you have put in to making Escape what it is - the finest hairdressers in the North East. Sheila XXX
