Absolutely; totally,utterly the best salon in the northern region. I cannot praise this salon or the highly experienced staff. Every single one of them go out of their way to make your visit an enjoyable one. Given the current restrictions imposed on Hairdresses salons and their staff it’s nigh on impossible to extend the same level of service and expertise we came to expect prior to the current pandemic. However, Escape salon in Crook, County Durham not only have managed to maintain the highest level of service they have somehow managed to exceed my expectations. I want to extend a very big thank you to Richard. I can’t begin to tell you how much I appreciated the head massage you gave me today. To say I was floating is an understatement, I was totally transformed onto a different plane. Even my toes were tingling. It was a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you so much. 🥰🥰🥰

I cannot rate this salon highly enough. To say they go the extra mile to accommodate their clients needs is an understatement. They more than go that extra mile, they make certain your requirements are at the forefront of thei mission. I am absolutely delighted with the service and my hair is fantastic too. I went in with a birds nest and came out with a chic, style and nourished silky soft hair. Richard has well and truly worked a miracle yet again. All the staff are extremely accommodating, friendly and attentive to their clients. As I say I really can,t rate the salon or the staff highly enough. Definitely 10/10 across the board.
