Walking into Est 14 is always a great experience, everyone remembers you and from the minute you enter the salon, it's a feel good experience. There is a 'golden thread' of customer service that runs from the receptionist' to the wonderful wash and head massage and then back to Johnathsn for the best cut and colour you could wish for. Their was a real buzz about the place today with everyone dressed for Halloween. Great place, great people, great service' great cut and colour. Thanks and see you in 5 weeks. Janet
