The booking process and service was lovely. The salon is really nice and the music played created a really nice environment. Liv was lively and showed a lot of interest in how I’d like my hair. She was honest about the condition of my hair and gave me advice on caring for it. I really like the colour and cut and the products used were really nice. The head massage was lovely whilst having my hair washed. The only downfall is that my hair wasn’t rinsed properly so near my neck, underneath is really tacky and I’ll need to wash it. Also for the same treatments at my previous hairdressers I was charged significantly less. All in all it was lovely and I will go back.

I was referred by a family friend to est 14 and i've been pleased since the first visit. This is a family run and family-friendly salon with a really welcoming environment which is quite unique. The information and advise offered regarding products, services and hair maintenace is honest. I love the Kevin Murphy range as it smells out of this world and is cruelty-free, my hair is in such good shape even after a mega colour change.

I am in the process of changing my hair colour, discovering my blonde side - it's a lot of work but i know that my hair is being treated with the best products, utmost care and i have the best advise at hand!
