I was really happy after my hair appointment. Thank you for full service even tho, there were a bit of a misunderstanding of what to do with my hair. I love my new haircut and color! Thank you for suggesting to do some beauty whilst waiting for the color to set. Thank you!

Having relocated and experienced a bit of a set back at another salon, I was anxious to try another salon. A family friend recommended EST. 14 as they are a long standing client. I sheepishly called in to ask about a consultation and I can genuinely, heart on hand state that from the very first phone call, to my appointment, to the moment I walked out the door after, I have never felt more pleased with my decision to visit this EST. 14. During my consultation we discussed my hair, current state, routine and what I was looking to achieve. We discussed colour, style and products and the entire time I didn’t feel out of depth and was given useful information and advice. But not in a ‘hit targets with sales’ sort of way. I just felt at ease. When I arrived a week later for my appointment, I was surprised that Jonathan had remembered everything discussed during my consultation. We started with colour, went over the chart again and settled on the best option for me - gorgeous rich colour that has not left my hair dry, just luxurious. I had a cut as well which was done with such precision. I was even offered to have my nails done whilst waiting for the colour to develop, what a fantastic way to fill the waiting time. Two birds, one stone as they say. Finishing off with a blow-dry and styling, what a great morning in the salon. An added plus for me is that the Kevin Murphy products used smell heavenly but are vegan, cruelty-free AND sulphate free as well. Winning. I left feeling looked after, part of a family and I might add the coffee is delicious too. The salon is inviting, well maintained and the salon playlist is good too, all round i would highly recommend EST. 14.

It was my first time at Est 14. I am very happy with the result. Page did a fantastic job and I will certainly come back in the future and will recommend it to other people.
