Consistently good service with friendly reception staff and skilled stylists. It's always a pleasure to visit and enjoy a vast "menu' of hair and beauty possibilities, plus styling products. Coffee is good, too!!

20% price hike since last July. Simply not worth the money. Sadly will be going elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you were unhappy with your experience, and we are keen to address the matters raised. Please note that there has been a temporary, one-off increase in charges to customers during their first visit back to the salon, due to the requirement for more products to be used in treating client’s hair, in addition to the extra time allocated to stylists. However, I would reiterate that this charge is only being applied once. Kindly be advised that there has not been a price increase for some time. Also, we have absorbed all PPE costs, and have not passed this onto our valued clients. We do hope this explains the temporary increase in costs and of course, you are always welcome back at the salon.

Absolutely brilliant! I went into Hazel Kaye with a LOT of dry hair and roots down to my ankles. Maria did an AMAZING job of my full head of highlights. The consultation was brilliant and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail was extraordinary. I've been having highlights on and off for 15 years, and never have I had someone work so meticulously on my hair. Sonia assisted Maria and she was wonderful too! And finally, Abi cut my hair with such ease - I felt so comfortable and in safe hands - and I'm very, very happy with the shape and layering. Overall, I think my experience at Hazel Kaye was outstanding. Everyone was lovely and I very much enjoyed chatting the afternoon away, sipping coffee and being pampered. I'm so pleased I choose Hazel Kaye and can't wait to come back soon.
