Dear Sir/Madam I wanted to write and say how disappointed I am with the services provided. My mum and myself had a lash lift on Friday afternoon. My appointment was at 5pm and the lady I had was great. My lash lift came out lovely and very happy with the services. However my mother was extremely unhappy (appointment at 4pm on Friday), she did not feel relaxed, the lady couldn’t get the eye strips on took her 7 gos, and the overall outcome was extremely poor. I have attached photo with glue left all over eyelid eye was slightly glued together, there was black dye below eye and on eye lid. At home I had to spend 20 minutes trying to remove all the black off and the glue to unstick her eye. This was her first lash lift experience and she won’t be doing it again after this. Extremely disappointed and charging £65 to let her leave with black all over her face she was extremely unhappy.

The salon had a nice atmosphere, it was calming and looked professional. My technician was quiet, but I didn't mind too much. This was my first nail appointment, so I had a few questions which she responded to but not in much detail. The application looked good, but slightly on the lumpy side. The right-hand small finger was messed up and stung because the varnish had run over and had to be re-done, which was fine but extended the appointment longer. Two days after the application, bits had begun to chip off a little. It has now been seven days and all the nails on my left hand have pretty much come off despite the fact it had only been a week. For £25 and my first gel application, this was pretty disappointing. I don't think I would come back.

I treated my friend and myself to two facials . I was a regular customer at the Chiswick branch before it closed down so my facial consisted of steam plus extraction. I naturally assumed I was getting the same treatment at this salon. As I was treating my friend for her birthday we felt disappointed that this was not included in our facials. When I asked the question why we were told they did not do steam or extractions surely all your salons do the same facials or similar. So I have to say the staff were lovely but I it left me rather disappointed as I wanted to give my friend a special treat .

I have used the Cove for many years and it is usually great. Today, it was a different beautician which really didn’t seem to know what she was doing. After pouring boiling wax on my legs, taking 45 minutes to do a half-leg wax, and a smudged and messy pedi that I could have done much better myself, I am not impressed. All that said, the girls who usually work there are good so I will be trying them one more time and hope I get a better beautician next time.

1. Details of location not provided prior to arrival 2. Technician seemed flustered and rushed, not aware of services I scheduled 3. Treatment room door left open, no privacy for initial treatment 4. Pedicure treatment uncomfortable and seemed cumbersome with the foot soak on the table. It seemed really awkward. Why not have spa pedicure chairs, it will easier for client and technician 5. I had to go to another room to complete the rest of service 6. The technician left me to go and complete a service for another customer I was shocked at the type of service for the amount of money I received. I will not return.

On this visit there seemed to be a mismatch of appointment times , with the salon and myself. I was called to advise I was late. When I booked the time of the appointment last month I added this to my diary at the time of booking so for me the time had not changed at all. It appears My appointment had been brought forward 15 minutes , if this had been done post my booking I wasn’t made aware of this. For my appointment i was unable to have the allotted hour appointment but was advised I would only be able to be accommodated for a half hour slot , as I was late essentially. This was fine but the tone of the caller was definitely indicating that this was my fault as I was late and had clearly got the wrong time down In saying that the person that provided the treatment was very helpful and competent.
