The masseuse I had at Beaconsfield Cove on Saturday 27/11 was absolutely spot on.I had a lovely firm massage with ‘Isabel’ and will ask for her when I next go back. However, I was disappointed not to be allowed to render the £5 remaining on my voucher as a direct tip for her.Not carrying cash around,this seemed the perfect answer for the surplus on my voucher…and would have meant a lot to young Isabel,I am sure! I was told I would have to use what was left of my voucher by the end of December.It would have made much more sense to give it to someone who had worked hard and given- I felt- her best!

Only a 8/10 on quality of professional advice because I wasn't given any. Other than that everything was perfect! The atmosphere, environment, the services .. everything !! Was reccomend by a friend and would defo recommend to others

The salon had a nice atmosphere, it was calming and looked professional. My technician was quiet, but I didn't mind too much. This was my first nail appointment, so I had a few questions which she responded to but not in much detail. The application looked good, but slightly on the lumpy side. The right-hand small finger was messed up and stung because the varnish had run over and had to be re-done, which was fine but extended the appointment longer. Two days after the application, bits had begun to chip off a little. It has now been seven days and all the nails on my left hand have pretty much come off despite the fact it had only been a week. For £25 and my first gel application, this was pretty disappointing. I don't think I would come back.

A little more proffesnalism needed or both the receptionist and the therapist. Perhaps managocould offer some extra training and nurturing as both girls would be very capable if given the time to learn more from experienced teachers
