Penny was great, really listened to what I wanted having never met before and put me at me ease. I will definitely come back to have her cut my hair again. My husband said my hair looked great which was a great reaction post-cut and blow dry! I think hair cutting is successful based on your relationship with your hairdresser. You have to get to know each other and they need to see you a few times to get to know your hair, your style, your look, and what you like. This first cut was good and I know once we do more it will get even closer to the dream hair. I really like Edward James salons, the smell of the products, the quality of service end to end from booking, reception greeting to leaving. All the team are very attentive and welcoming. The pre-cut shoulder massage was excellent.
