The ladies at Matisse are always the best. They’re welcoming, friendly, professional, knowledgeable - all the good stuff. I’ve been coming to Matisse for about 15 years, and I’ve never had a bad experience. And today was no exception. My appointment was for my son to have a pre-holiday trim, but i had forgotten to book an appointment for myself to have a couple of Dutch plaits done. I usually wash my hair at home prior to having this done But today, the ladies excelled themselves. Gemma had a moment to spare, and instead of getting a cup of tea, she kindly washed my hair, in readiness for Savannah to do my plaits. A* service, as always! x

First visit and I have booked again Savannah and Gemma worked professionally together to colour my hair. Great salon experience. Savannah listened on how I wanted my hair cut. Great advice on colours etc. Overall experience superb!!
