I recently popped into the salon for a wash and blow dry on the off chance. Whilst having my appointment i was talking to Phoebe about my hair colour that had went "wrong" from a different salon and she explained what could be done, what was available etc very knowledgeable and friendly. I then revisited to have the grey rinse recommended and its perfect, exactly what i wanted initially. Today i went in for same treatment and again Phoebe commented on a style that she thought would suit me ie a beach wave ( i think ) any way styled it that way and it looked great. So pleased i ventured into the salon on the off chance and i got Phoebe.
