After finding out there had been a problem with my booking, and I wasn’t booked in at all. Gemma very kindly said if I didn’t mind waiting 1/2 she could cut my hair for me. Which I was very happy with.

I was very happy with my hair. The walls could do with some art or a splash of colour as it has a very clinical feel. Overall very happy with my experience, the stylists are all lovely and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great service, first time in the salon and really happy with the result. Gemma was friendly and listened to the style I was considering, made recommendation. As I was going shorter, Gemma cut a smaller amount first then checked in with me, I decided to go slightly shorter and it paid off. Looks great, feels healthy and a fresh look. Thank you Gemma.
