The professionalism and courtesy I receive from not only Savannah (who cuts my hair) but from all the staff - greeted with sincerity from start to finish and no rushing to be out of the door. I always feel like a new customer - treated with respect and the place feels absolutely safe given the Covid and omicron scenario - masks are worn and everyone takes their fair share of being safe. Could not recommend the place highly enough and Savannah is excellent at cutting my hair as well as adapting to my changing requirements - very professional.

Excellent, professional staff and delightful environment. Staff listen carefully, consult and advise appropriately. Nothing is too much trouble. Always a pleasant and relaxing hour there.

This was my first appointment with Gemma. She took her time to listen and make different suggestions. She did a fantastic job and her passion for hair shines through. The head massage and hot towel treatment was lovely too.

I have been with this Salon for many years and would not want to go anywhere else. The decor within the Salon has been brought it up to date and changes in staffing positive and now feel although I would not want to change the person who does my hair for me, I do have other options should she not be available. I would say to anyone who reads this review give it ago you won’t be disappointed, the products are great, you will find staff helpful and do listen to what you would like to achieve, dissuading you from unsuitable styles that they know you are not going to be happy with leaving the salon. Thank you especially to Claire who has on occasions had to stop me making a huge mistake with a few compromises 😊.

Fantastic service from Savannah, Gemma and Phoebe. Always friendly and fantastic haircut and colour. We have been with Matisse ( Savannah) for 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
