Exceptionally clean salon, good attention paid to covid security too. Recently had a refurb and it looks great, very elegant. Staff are friendly and professional. Clare gave good advice on cut and colour and I am delighted with the result.

friendly staff, head massage during hair wash was unreal. cut blow dry & style was everything I asked for, couldn’t fault the service or the treatments :)

I’ve now visited the salon twice, the first post lockdown and I must say, Matisse have taken all the necessary steps to ensure customers are spaced out and most importantly safe whilst maintaining excellent customer service. I’d like to provide much credit to Savannah who has now cut my hair twice and has provided a silver service, maintaining the image of Matisse and ensuring I felt safe, I was adhered to and takes care of - just exactly what any customer needs and is an asset to the salon.
