I had my hair highlighted today with Melissa and I’m over the moon with it. It was my first visit to the salon. It’s really welcoming and everyone was friendly. The consultation beforehand was great and the end result was even better than I envisioned. I would highly recommend a visit and I will definitely be back.

All staff at Hair Exchange are friendly, welcoming and there is a lovely warm atmosphere in the salon. I have been a customer at Hair Exchange for over 20 years and it is well worth the money. I am delighted with the outcome after every visit. I feel relaxed and at ease when leaving the establishment and the conversations with staff are a huge bonus. The owner of the shop is adept at her job and I have witnessed her coaching and advising the trainees with kindness and praise and she gives constructive ways to improve to her trainees. I travel from the other side of Leeds for my hair treatment because in my eyes it is the best place to go!

I have been having my hair styled at Hair Exchange for many years. Jane & her team are very friendly and very professional. The salon is well presented, it is always clean & tidy & health & safety issues, especially during these times of Covid 19 are very important to them. I would highly recommend this hair salon to family & friends. I intend to continue letting Jane & her team take care of my hair. Please keep up the good work.
