Always appreciate Jess's ability to discuss and advise appropriate treatment for my hair - she knows that I like to change it up regularly and will take my thoughts into consideration as well as add her own ideas and experience. Haven't ever left the saloon unhappy with what was done. And very happy that Jess understands that I don't like "boring" - she just gets it!! Great job as always x
