It was the first time I was back in the salon for a while and the first time Charlie has done my hair. Very happy with the service and experience, Charlie was lovely and I was really happy with my cut and finish which Charlie took time over and explained everything along the way. I did expect my visit to be rushed as I was paying with a voucher that I had won and this was not the case at all. Thank you Charlie and I look forward to coming back in March for my colour and blow dry.
