I was seen by Eryk who cut my hair to just above shoulder length. After having long hair my whole life I was incredibly apprehensive about cutting it short, but Eryk made me feel so comfortable and reassured me with his professional advice and opinion. He was easy to talk to, relatable, and made it incredibly easy to put my trust in him to make such a drastic change to my appearance. I left the salon feeling confident and I haven’t stopped smiling since. I LOVE my new hair and Will definitely be back and have already recommended this amazing salon to friends & family!!! Thanks a lot, Feel & Eryk!! :D

I got a really sloppy haircut here. I had a chat with my hairdresser beforehand and we agreed on a layered cut. He cut the front very quickly and with no precision, which left me with uneven layers. He then assured me he had also layered the back, but when I got home (I was not offered the chance to look at the back of my head whilst I was at the salon) I realised there were zero layers - absolutely none at all. I was pretty disappointed, especially because the hairdresser had not been honest with me. I wouldn't recommend to anyone and I won't be going back.
