I discovered Feel Hairdresser by doing some "research" on the internet. I needed a place in London to get my hair done and had read good comments about this salon. I wanted to colour my hair with this technique that is called "balayage" and was a little scared because going for a salon for the first time (and for colour), is something that you can never assure it´s going to end up nicely. But because people reported good experiences colouring their hair here, I decided to gave them a try! Before my visit I contacted them by email and they kindly help me. We exchange a couple of e-mails and they solve my doubts and made me feel even more convinced with the idea of visiting them (Just one thing, if you have any consultation write directly to their e-mail address from your account, and they will answer quickly. I tried consulting from the website contact service and it seems they didn´t get my message). I booked my appointment on line the day before (which is superb, because you can see the different hours available and book even at night, I did it at 22:00!) The next day, once I was there (I have to say it is very well located. I found it without problem and I´m a foreigner), Nadia was the stylist who took care of me. We talked about what I wanted and I show her some pictures to orient her with the colour (what I think that helps a lot). While she was working of my hair she was just lovely: talkative, kind and, the most important, very professional applying the colour under my point of view (she took her time, doing it slowly and step by step). I was offered a drink and entertained myself with the smart phone while I waited (they have free WiFi). When my colour was finished I felt pretty satisfied. I got a natural effect and my hair remained healthy. It didn´t look exactly like the pictures I had as a reference, but it´s true that I had some previous tiny highlights in the hair, so the final colour was probably a mixed of the different things. I was also told that the hair will become lighter with the washes. Overall, I totally will recommend you this salon. I didn´t have a haircut, just the colour, but it went quite well. Finally, I think they have reasonable prices considering the overall prices for this in London (for me it´s quite expensive to go to the hairdresser in Britain, anyway). I paid 140 pounds for the balayge, toner, washing and a rough dry.
