Booked a cut and colour a while ago but was not called to get an allergy test before my colour. Thankfully Nadia was still able to give me highlights. Would have been good if someone had called me to discuss the allergy test as soon as I had made a colour booking online. I do LOVE my highlights though and the cut that Nadia gave me. Really really good.

I really like Feel's no nonsense attitude and high quality cuts. I have seen a few different stylists and all of them were excellent although more focused on a cut itself than new styling and ideas (I never come with an idea of my own and always end up with a very good cut, but nothing drastically different from my previous cuts). I would like to be given more suggestions and alternatives to a cut I have in the future, perhaps, but I do really value the quality of the cuts I receive at Feel. It has become my favourite salon in London.

The man who was washing hair etc seemed rather unfriendly with a touch of attitude. All other staff are v friendly.

The salon was buzzing but clean. It felt a little bit crowded. The staff was welcoming and Amy, who took care of me was great. I was very tired and didn't want to talk too much and she respected that. Although I asked Amy I wanted something new, I got my "old" haircut BUT I am very pleased with it and I'll definitely come back for another haircut. Also got some advice to take care of my sensitive scalp. Good experience !
