Wow what a find. Went in to have some cluster lashes put on but after a consultation I came to the decision that they were not for me. No pressure was put on me to have them done and I could have just left. However the girls were so nice and they were able to do my nails so I stayed and had a full set of sculptured false nails applied and I love them. The atmosphere was excellent and we all had a good chat and a laugh. Will back girls 👍😃

Friendly and professional service throughout :) my nails looked exactly as I wanted them and my nail tech took her time to ensure everything matched the reference picture. I’ll happily recommend this salon to friends and family.

My only criticism is allowing a trainee to prep nails which normally takes @ 15 mins max not 45. My cuticles were cut and the file kept catching and hurting. That said they do need the experience.

Hello Linda, were sorry to see you were not totally satisfied with your recent visit, Chloe is a qualified manicurist looking to move onto acrylic nails and prepping is how we begin them on acrylics, she has been doing this for some time now and its very unusual for us to come across this issue with her work but we will relay your feedback to Chloe and use it in a positive manner to help her training, in the mean time Nicky is going to contact you tomorrow to see what we can do to put this matter right ... Myself & my eldest daughter have been coming to top tips for a few yrs now, we have had a few different treatments over our tym coming here & have always found the whole experience a gd one. All the ladies are VERY friendly & have never made us feel awkward or unwelcome which I feel is always a plus.

Have now had several appointments at Top Tips and with different technicians. Each time I’ve come out with the result I was wanting. Very happy with my nails every time, thanks ladies, brilliant job 😊
