I don't do hairdresser speak. Petra took my garbled description of what I thought I'd like and turned my 'just there' hair into something very stylish and splendid. Best colour and cut in a very long time. Josh and Maddy were great too: lovely complimentary hand massage, superb head massage, and lots of laughs along the way. Highly delighted and very relieved...I'll never have to search for another hairdresser, ever again. If you’re looking for a change, you certainly won't be disappointed. A big thank you to all.
