I had hit rock bottom! I have had thinning hair for a few years now and had been disguising it with concealer spray and wearing my hair up. I had reached the point where anything I did was no longer effective and so I started researching toppers. I really wanted to be able to wear my hair down and feel pretty and girly again. After much surfing of the web, I came across the enchantop topper via the Beautiful Betsy website. The hair piece is indeed beautiful and whilst it looked natural in density, I just needed a bit of help blending it with my own hair! That's when I discovered Petra Bentley Hair. I hadn't been to the hairdressers for years as I felt too embarrassed and ashamed, but from our first chat over the phone Petra was so helpful and understanding. She encouraged me to visit the salon for a consultation and maybe a trim - but no pressure! When I met Petra I felt at ease. We chatted for a while and I felt she really understood what I wanted to achieve. She gently guided me without moving too far from the style I had in mind. I watched as she skillfully clipped away at my hair and topper. I was absolutely thrilled with the result! It was exactly the 'look' I was after, and with lots of positive, confidence building words of advice from Petra, I quite literally strutted out of her salon filled with hope and va va voom! Thank you Petra - I look forward to seeing you in the not too distant future. SH x
