Great friendly salon, trendy with a real welcoming feel. Great online booking system, a little gem in the heart of Loughborough, would definitely recommend to others.

Only drawback for me is the noise level of the soundtrack and no variation of soundtrack. A little light music would be lovely maybe middle of the road instead of a constant beat of bass!!

Excellent customer care, No rushing, Demi and Petra really listened to what I wanted and thats exactly what I got - expert advice and techniques. I always leave the salon feeling amazing, my hair feels and looks great and everyone noticed, I got lots of compliments - Thanks Glitz!
