Petra has flair. She is always very decisive in the way she cuts and styles. You feel good as she cuts your hair because her self confidence in her creativity makes you feel reassured that you're going to get a great look. It's about listening to the client and delivering something that the client wants. That's precisely what you'll get...and your own individual look for that matter.
