As someone who was once extremely anxious about salons (after a few bad experiences in the past) Petra is the perfect antidote. What she doesn't know about hair is probably not worth knowing, but she always listens to what YOU want and will give expert advice on how to achieve it. So much experience and knowledge wrapped up in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that puts you at ease from the start and confident that all Petra wants is for you to feel fabulous! And it's plain to see her ethos being shared with all her team. And if you still have Covid related anxieties about returning to a salon then be reassured that even before the pandemic her standard of cleanliness and hygiene was and still is second to none! I cant recommend Petra and all her team highly enough. I've never felt more at home and relaxed in any salon than at Petra Bentley's..... I LOVE and always look forward to my New Hair Days!
