Lauren was excellent as usual. As a frequent traveller I have had to use salons in different countries. Many of them use a stretchy type tape that goes around the neck and then folds over on the gown. This stops all cut hair going on clothes and down back - works really well. Would be nice if you did the same.

Always a very good experience and friendly staff. I always feel like I have had a good cut etc and lovely products used. I would like to see some offers or deals occasionally as would feel like you are appreciated as a customer.
