Gorgeous is quite simply a new concept in hairdressing, located in the heart of the historic town of Berkhamsted. We opened the salon in 2006, after working for many years in Berkhamsted and we decided it was time for change.
The idea behind the Salon is simple: exceptional hairdressing skills, unsurpassed customer service in a relaxed, stylish & friendly environment.

Absolutely delighted! Adam talked me through the process for changing hair colour and gave brilliant advice in terms of colour/aftercare. I was quite anxious initially but really enjoyed my experience. I felt extremely well looked after and special. So pleased with the results- Adam was right on all counts- he is amazing- his knowledge and experience is second to none. Thank you so much!

Faye cut my hair and she was fantastic. I took in a photo and she followed it closely- suggesting ideas to adapt it slightly so it suited my hair thickness and face shape. Great customer service from everyone there! I'd highly recommend Gorgeous!

The salon staff were welcoming and the environment was clean. It was lovely that I was offered a cup of tea during my visit. The staff were helpful and friendly. Alice is always honest with her opinion which is greatly valued. I have feedback about the hair washing sink, it can become quite uncomfortable for my neck being in that position for an extended amount of time. Maybe something padded on the side of the sink.
