First time I have used the salon since moving to Cheshire from Essex at end of January 2018. Difficult to find a replacement hair stylist when moving to a new area but finally decided to try Hair38 and was not disappointed in any respect. Not only were they able to offer an appointment within half an hour on this occasion, but I spoke to two of the senior stylists (Stephanie firstly, & then Danielle who actually cut and styled my hair exactly as I had described). Very pleased with the whole experience and did not hesitate to make a second booking. Tea or coffee were readily provided, the staff were professional and friendly and I was lucky enough to benefit from a promotional offer.
