Offer via e-mail to your clients who request a reminder from HAIR38 of their next appointment two days before the due date so they are able to cancel their appointment via e-mail. Suseli thought she had cancelled my appointment however she did not realise I had two booked. My apologies for not been able to honour my appointment having been in Guernsey for the last month due to my daughter's illness arriving back into the UK on the 31st of July.
