Cannot praise highly enough everything about Hair 38. From the minute you walk through the door until you leave, every effort is made by all staff to make you feel welcome and, of course, the expertise of Hayley, the salon owner is second to none. Just brilliant and worth every penny. I always feel a million dollars when I leave.
