I cannot rate Hair 38 highly enough. All staff are friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Hayley, the salon owner, is the consummate professional.The whole experience, from the moment you enter the salon until you leave, is an enjoyable experience and, of course, you leave with a fabulous haircut.
