I have to say, I haven’t been to a salon in 2+ years. Salons cause me anxiety due to feeling judged and not having the hairdresser listen to exactly what I want. I have only ever walked out of a salon once feeling truly happy with my hair. However, before booking with Hair38, I made sure to research salons and their reviews and their pictures to see the hair. I booked an appointment, and was asked to come in for a consultation. The salon immediately gave me a warm feeling and I felt at ease. My consultation and skin test really reassured me I was in safe hands. When I came in for my appointment, I was addressed by my name and all staff in the salon made me feel like I’d been going there for years. Adele was AMAZING at reassuring me, talking me through exactly what she was doing and made sure to do exactly what I asked. I have never loved my hair so much than I have after leaving my appointment. I had a compliment on the way back to the car! I have long and thick hair, which I am always made to feel like is an issue, however the hairdressers were all so complimentary of my hair, and it didn’t feel like doing it was a chore for them. The atmosphere was lovely and you can tell there’s lots of regular clients who the hairdressers knew well which is always a great sign too. I love my hair so much and the price was extremely reasonable too! I will 100% be returning. Thank you so so much Hair38 for making my hair wishes come true ❤️
