I always look forward to my hair appointment at Hair 38. It's my 'me time'! so its important that I trust my hair will be done properly. and in the right environment. I find the the staff here are always very friendly, and I really trust their expertise on both colour and cut advice. Hayley is really down to earth, and has created a lovely environment in the what is a simple, tasteful but sympathetic decor which retains the character of the old traditional building it clearly once was. For me, this also builds confidence in their professionalism and service as it shows they care about their brand providing a great experience for their customers. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

It's the first time I've had to wait for so long between colour on and colour off and then for my cut and finish...I could have had a quick nail treatment for the first half hour as the therapist was free and I had enquired earlier in the day. I fully understand that the client with my stylist, two appointments before me, had an awful lot of beautiful hair and was new to the salon. During the wait, I was looked after very well by the girls. I'll be back. :) x
