I have been going to Hayley at Hair 38 for years & always look forward to the experience! The team are always very friendly & cheerful & have to call out their sheer resilience & determination to get clients back on track safely post lockdown last year. I have already recommended friends & neighbours over the years, & they are all delighted too, so yes I would always recommend Hayley & the team for their professionalism & the lovely salon environment, we always have a laugh, & there’s always a lovely cup of coffee! It’s all part of the experience, but the main thing is I always leave with a great haircut, & smiling, & that’s the best customer experience you could wish from your hairdresser in my opinion.

Hayley has cut my hair more years than I dare to say (it shows my age) . The service is always second to none. During the difficult years of Covid, the staff have taken every care to ensure the customer feels safe and always with a smile . I visit the salon every week, it’s my treat to me, it’s something I thoroughly enjoy, not only the quality of cut and style but also the ambiance of the salon every time I visit . I can’t forget my fur baby friend, Stanley, who greets me every week with a loving cuddle. Don’t tell Hayley, it’s my favourite bit lol. If you are looking for a quality style, cut or colour in a wonderful atmosphere, don’t hesitate.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I felt safe due to robust C19 measures in place, at the same time affording a most welcoming atmosphere, with intelligent conversation. Oh, and I got a first class haircut too! There is also a very well behaved doglet upstairs, accessible to all 'animal people' for cuddles! What's not to like? Many thanks Hayley, I will look forward to my next visit! 🙂 xx
