For me,going to Hair by Jones is like popping into a friend’s home for a coffee and a catch up... with the bonus of stepping out looking and feeling a million times better than when I walked in. Everyone is very welcoming,I’m always greeted with a smile.I enjoy a chat and a laugh plus some time to relax on their amazing massage chair whilst having my hair washed. I’d highly recommend everyone give it try.

When I moved to Monmouth five and a half years ago I was fortunate to notice Hair by Jones was a short walk from my home so decided to make an appointment with them.I was very pleased,especially with the cutting of my hair. Consequently I have stayed with them since I moved here which proves I am satisfied !

Really great service. Absolute knowledge and expertise in colouring. Clear that all staff are happy and that really comes across especially from their brilliant apprentice, Ellie. It's on the more expensive side but I will definitely be going back
