My favourite part of getting my hair cut is the shampooing because it's like getting a scalp massage also. A little more time attention here does not go unnoticed. Otherwise fab!

my first impression was very welcoming and professional. The lady that coloured and cut my hair was lovely, very chatty and friendly. I personally didn't like the colour of my hair and wasn't asked if I wanted a toner or not as I had it Bleached. I didn't really like the way my hair was blow dried, the lady had to end up putting straighening Irons on it which I didn't ask for. I know I have thick hair but a professional hairdresser should be able to blow dry someone's hair properly whether it's thick or not. Sorry but I will not be returning in the near future.
